Being the largest crocodile farm in Sabah, we accommodate more than 1,000 crocodiles in our newly established (February 2005) tourist attraction on 7 acres of land adjacent to the Sulaman Highway, Tuaran. With more than 50 years of experience, the farm is packed with ample knowledge on crocodile captive breeding and farming, and has an international reputation for producing superior quality raw skins and meat.
We are one of the major commercial producers of the species, Crocodylus Porosus (saltwater crocodile) worldwide. We aspire to commercially produce and display Malaysia’s largest reptile in a sustainable manner, whilst protecting and promoting Malaysia’s wild crocodile population. In our production line, experienced handlers follow stringent guidelines to ensure that only healthy crocodiles with high quality skin are removed for slaughter. Every raw skin extracted is attached with a CITIES (Convention on International Trade In Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora) certificate, enabling the products to be marketed locally and internationally.
 Nestled on the spectacular edge of the Karambunai Peninsula and only moments away from the resort, the Lagoon Park is a water sport enthusiast’s dream come true. Trip begins with a safety briefing session conducted by our professional raft guide that will demonstrates rafting techniques and proper handling of rafting equipment before rafting commences.
Excursion covers up to 15km, making it the longest white water rafting trip in Borneo. Most popular of all is a visit to our Nature Reserve, where you'll meet our famous Orang Utans, rescued animals who stay with us for a few years so they can return to the wild and thrive.
The Reserve is also home to a wide spectrum of Sabah wildlife such as two species of deer, long-tailed macaques, pheasants, civets, bear cat, masked musang, monitor lizard, water hens, porcupines, slow lorises, pangolins, pitcher plants, fruit bats and 63 species of birds.

Tambalang Racecourse built by the Berjaya Government in the mid-1980s, the house racing activities at that times had only one and half year stint at Tammbalang, Tuaran. After the PBS Government shifted to Tanjung Aru due to lack of crowd and distance road condition. It is almost a quarter of a century, horse racing has finally returned to Tambalang and a soft opening launched by Sabah Local Government and Housing Minister YB Datuk Haji Hajiji Hj. Noor who is also the State Assemblyman for Sulaman in which Tambalang now located.
Tuaran: The return of horse/pony racing to Tambalang after 30 years will stimulate economic growth and tourism in the district, said Local Government and Housing Minister Datuk Hajiji Noor.
The Tambalang racecourse was built during the Berjaya era but was used for only a year before it was abandoned and racing activities were shifted back to Tanjung Aru.
The State Government then leased out the racecourse to Diriwan Corporation in order for it to operate 4D outlets in the State until 2013.

A Tamu is a weekly market, a bazaar where local farmers, fishermen and traders can gather to showcase their wares. The natives, such as Kadazan-Dusun, Murut, Bajau and other local races, some of those who will attend dressed in traditional clothing. It is colorful, noisy, filled with smells and exotic offerings. You will also see Chinese traders, which shows you how closely our people here are integrated. All coming together in the native market to trade.
The Tamu in Tuaran gathers every Sunday. You can see stalls selling cooked food for those who want a snack or perhaps a late breakfast. Moving on, you will see the Tamu roughly divided into local produce such as fruits and vegetables, fresh seafood such as fishes, prawns, crabs and cockles, as well as a section for fresh meat. This is where locals of all races come to visit. The amount of fresh produce is wonderful to look at and cheap to buy.
