Bintulu Golf Club is located in Bintulu, once a sleepy hollow has been transformed into a thriving township with the discovery of natural gas. Now it has many attractions and one of them is the 6796 yards 18-holes layout, sculptured from a 140 acres strip of jungle which comes with a breathtaking view of the majestic South China Sea.

Established in April 1996, the Damai Golf and Country Club in Sarawak boasts the true elegance of an international standard 18-hole, par 72 golf course.The first Arnold Palmer-designed golf course in Malaysia, it features a Mountain Nine and an Ocean Nine which are remarkably different in character. The setting is truly spectacular, bordering the foothill of Mount Santubong and hugging the beaches, rocky outcrops and mangrove forests of the South China Sea.

The very idyllic Miri Golf Club is set among the rustic surroundings of a Malay Kampung (Village) on top of a picturesque sand bar between the Miri River and the South China Sea. Though only a stone’s throw away from the bustling city centre of Miri, separation by the Miri River offers a worry free hideaway and the hustle and bustle of the city is hardly noticed. The 18-hole course itself is built on flat land bordering beautiful white sandy beaches washed by the gentle waves. To make up for the seemingly flat and “easy” terrain, the early pioneers successfully added vigor and colour to the course by using strategic placements of water hazards and bunkers. Shaded by tall and ancient casuarinas trees, Kelab Golf Miri indeed has a unique beauty.

Facilities

Kelab Golf Sarawak boasts two 18 hole course namely Matang / Santubong and Siol / Demak which was first opened in 1986, was closed for renovations in May 2002. Redesigned by Nigel B. Douglas, the par 72 course now measures 6394 meters with undulating Paspalum fairways and fast Bermuda Titdwarf greens making it a challenging venue for all skill level.

Siol / Demak which measures 6224 meters opened in October 1990 & October 1992 respectively. The long Bermuda lined fairways, sloping and undulating Bermuda Titdwarf greens, pose a different set of challenges from the first 18.
